• Strategies for the preparation of the implant socket

Second and Third Day 10.00 am - 6.30 pm

• Study and planning of clinical cases

• X-ray radiological diagnostics in implantology: from the endoral to the Cone Beam

• Surgical instruments and preparation of the operating field. Ergonomics in the operating room

• The importance of a correct anesthesia technique in implantology, intravenous sedation in dentistry

• Protocols for the documentation of the clinical case of the implant patient

• Surgical approach

• Critical analysis with participants

• Preclinical: Summary of the biological planning of the implant

• Sutures: Soft Tissue Management

• Preclinical: Sutures and synthesis of the biological planning of the implant

• Practical on artificial models

CADAVER LAB COURSE PROGRAM

Participants will have the opportunity to practice on fresh frozen human anatomical specimens that realistically simulate the clinical scenario. The help of Piezosurgery units and the careful supervision of tutors will allow you to acquire greater confidence and skill in performing various surgical procedures.

• A.lingual isolation

• Insertion of implants in post-extraction sites

PURPOSE OF THE COURSE

Experimental and clinical research dedicated to dental implantology have led to a series of conclusions dedicated to implant morphology aimed at guiding biomechanics.

The simplification of protocols determines the predictability of results as increasingly growing clinical needs.

The morphology of the body of the implant as well as of the threads determines a step forward towards ease of implant insertion and primary stability which is crucial for the solution of immediate loading prosthetic.

The milling and preparation protocol of the implant socket is designed to accommodate the different variables of the bone crest.
